Each deposit is limited to 10 items and takes approximatively 15 minutes. This allows us to give you the royal treatment while ensuring other customers can browse our boutique comfortably. This also helps maintain a diverse range of styles and sizes in our inventory.

If you prefer or if your schedule requires, you can conveniently fill out your form at home. However, there’s no need to do this ; completing the form is part of the service we provide for you.

Maison ALBUM, as a second-hand boutique, carefully selects items from consignors and presents them in the store with regular rotation to facilitate sales. To ensure a pleasant and varied shopping experience and to maximize the chances of sale, we reserve the right to use the reserve stock (primarily based on weather conditions), which is not accessible for direct sale in the store. Your trust in our approach is essential.

Since this is an exchange between individuals, ALBUM cannot be held responsible for any non-conformity. Items put on consignment must be clean, intact, and well-maintained. ALBUM generally does not repair or clean items and typically does not accept shoes. We appreciate your understanding that items sold and taken out of the ALBUM store cannot be exchanged or refunded.

To ensure maximum diversity in the store, the number of items admitted per consignment date is limited to 10 items.

Items are consigned to ALBUM for an average period of 6 months, which can vary depending on the seasons. After a period of 12 months, we reserve the right to donate the clothing to charities or collections of our choice.

To promote sales, ALBUM reserves the right to adjust the sale price based on supply and demand. ALBUM may also offer selected items with additional discounts during sales or clearance events.

The sale price distribution is 50% for the consignor and 50% for ALBUM in case of a transfer, and 60% for the consignor and 40% for ALBUM in case of a store credit, with a minimum of 15 EUR for ALBUM per item. For items sold for more than 800 EUR, the distribution is 60% for the consignor and 40% for ALBUM, and for items sold for more than 2500 EUR, the distribution is 70% for the consignor and 30% for ALBUM.

Payments for sold items in the lower price range are grouped and processed by the end of the consignment period, or upon the withdrawal of unsold items. Payments for high-end products (LVMH, Gucci, Chanel, Hermès … )are made within 1 week. If store traffic permits, store credits may be issued at the time of purchase for items with pending payments.

To ensure a smooth experience for all parties involved, we emphasize that returns, as well as consignments, are managed exclusively by appointment.

While selling online may offer better terms since you manage everything yourself, here you benefit from avoiding the hassles of online selling, with the added advantage of our support and a personalized, local experience and being part of a community.
