Maison ALBUM focuses on quality, typically from established brands. Here’s our current list, which we update regularly based on brand quality changes or exciting new discoveries.

First, select the eligible items

Each deposit is limited to 10 items and takes approximatively 15 minutes.

This allows us to give you the royal treatment while ensuring other customers can browse our boutique comfortably. This also helps maintain a diverse range of styles and sizes in our inventory.

If you prefer or if your schedule requires, you can easily fill out your form at home. However, there’s no need to worry about that—completing the form is part of the service we’re happy to offer while you relax with your complimentary coffee or tea.

We maintain a regularly updated inventory, introducing new items and rotating stock to keep the selection fresh and engaging. This approach not only attracts repeat customers but also ensures that consignors’ items have optimal exposure.

4. Exclusive VIP List

Preferred clients on our VIP list gain exclusive early access to new arrivals, special promotions, and personalized recommendations. VIP clients receive a 48-hour advance notice before we feature new items on Instagram or display them in-store, ensuring they have the first opportunity to shop our latest selections.

Maison ALBUM carefully selects items entrusted by its consignors, ensuring regular rotation in-store to maximize the chances of sale.

Some items may be kept in reserve, depending on weather conditions or current collections, and may not be immediately displayed in the boutique. Your trust in this process is greatly appreciated. We strongly recommend reviewing the list of currently sought-after brands before making a deposit to avoid any misunderstandings.

Generalities

All items must be clean, in good condition, odor-free, and carefully prepared.
Maison ALBUM does not provide cleaning or repair services.
Shoes are subject to particularly rigorous selection criteria.
As an intermediary between private individuals, Maison ALBUM cannot be held responsible for any issues of non-conformity.
Items sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Deposits are limited to 10 items per intake date to ensure a varied selection in-store and to optimize the efficiency of your visit.
For exceptional deposits, a home visit may be arranged upon request.

Consignment Duration

Items are consigned for a period of three months, with the possibility of extension depending on seasonal factors and by mutual agreement.
Consignors must keep their deposit slip, which includes their unique client reference and the start and end dates of the consignment.
Maison ALBUM will notify consignors via email when the initial three-month period has expired, inviting them to collect any unsold items.
A second reminder will be sent if the items are not retrieved within one week of the first notification.
After a third reminder, Maison ALBUM reserves the right to donate uncollected items to charitable organizations of its choosing.
Items left unclaimed for more than 12 months will be definitively donated to a selected charity.
Consignors must book an appointment to collect their unsold items.

Pricing and Adjustments

Maison ALBUM reserves the right to adjust prices to facilitate sales, especially during special promotions or clearance events.
Significant markdowns may be applied to items exceeding the initial three-month consignment period.

Revenue Sharing

Depositors can choose to receive their payout as either a bank transfer at the end of the consignment period or as a store credit (purchase voucher).

Bank transfers are made monthly, on the first business Monday of each month.

Bank transfer

Items sold up to €799: 50% for the consignor and 50% for Maison ALBUM.
Items sold above €800: 60% for the consignor and 40% for Maison ALBUM.
Items sold above €2500: 70% for the consignor and 30% for Maison ALBUM.
Items sold above €4000: 80% for the consignor and 20% for Maison ALBUM.

Purchase voucher

If the consignor chooses store credit instead of a bank transfer at the end of the consignment period, the amount is increased by 10%.
The store credit must be used in full and must not exceed the value of the following purchase..

Acceptance and Modifications

The deposit of any item implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These conditions are subject to change; the version available on www.maisonalbum.lu takes precedence.

Item returns are handled exclusively by appointment, to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
